Murder Trial Set to Begin Tuesday

–A Livermore man is scheduled to go on trial next week in Kossuth County on charges of 1st Degree Murder. 61-year-old Jeffrey Lynn Winters was charged with 1st Degree Murder in late August of 2018, following the death of 54-year-old Randy Merle Page in LuVerne.
